Abstract(in English) | In the recent sales activities of IT vendors supporting Customer DX, there are cases in which customers themselves do not have a clear problem, and the sales department searches for cases that are likely to serve as a reference across customer industries and encourages their ideas. However, with a general search method based on keywords, cases that can be searched within the range of keywords that the sales department comes up with, that is, within the range of sales knowledge, are contained, and it is difficult to obtain new ideas from the cases that have been searched. In this study, we introduced the domain perspective as a point of view to reinterpret cases, in order to search for cases that are outside the knowledge of sales, which is a user, and to encourage the user to think about them. Specifically, we examined a technique to conduct case search from the domain perspective by vectorizing words of cases written in natural language using fasttext learned in the domain corpus and generating a sentence vector by SCDV. |
