Abstract(in English) A color picker that extracts pixelwise colors in images is often used in computer paint tools. However, due to shadows and deviation of the background color in the image, colors different from human perception are sometimes extracted. In this research, we developed a color picker consistent with human perception based on color temperature correction. The effect of color temperature deviation on color perception, it was suggested that color differences differed in relation to hue of he color differences for many colors, such as red and green, decreased, although the estimation error increased when the color temperature bias was large.
