| 抄録(和) | ニューノーマルの時代となり，個人も企業も成長のためにDXの加速が必須の条件となった．AIを含めた先進ITの活用によるビジネスの変革が急務となっている．これは古き良き（？）昔に戻ろうとする抵抗勢力との戦いでもある．戦いのポイントは先進ITやデジタルを全員に活用してもらう環境の整備と，その推進手法の確立である．DX推進のポイントを実際の事例を交えて紹介する． |
| 抄録(英) | In the New Normal era, accelerating digital transformation has become a prerequisite for the growth of both individuals and businesses. We have an urgent need to transform our business by leveraging advanced information technology such as artificial intelligence. On the other hand, this is also a battle against people who want to return to the old-fashioned system. In order to win the battle, it is necessary to establish an environment in which everyone can utilize advanced information technology and digital data, and to establish a promotion method for it. In this paper, we will introduce the method of promoting digital transformation with actual examples. |
