Abstract(in English) The inverted structure Perovskite Solar cells (PSCs) perovskite solar cells can be fabricated at temperatures below 200°C, making them flexible. We aimed to increase the power conversion efficiency (PCE) by adding potassium ions by reducing the JV characteristics' hysteresis to the perovskite layer to increase the perovskite crystal size. In this report, we investigate the effect of potassium ions doping concentration on inverted PSCs.
