Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Josephson parametric amplifiers (JPAs) with quantum-limited low-noise property are crucial devices for fast and high-fidelity readout of superconducting qubits. Further qubit integrations require JPAs with broad amplification bandwidth and low pump power. We report improvement of the pump efficiency of our broadband impedance-matched JPAs. The combination of (i)~improved coupling structure between the pump waveguide and the SQUID of the JPA, and (ii)~implementation of the resonant structure in the pump waveguide, enables pumping of the JPA with efficiency 100 times higher than that of our previous device.
