Abstract(in English) | We are developing a system to detect dead pine trees from aerial images taken from a drone by using an artificial intelligence to realize an efficient detection of dead pine trees. Substantially expansion of monitoring areas are expected. Positions of detected trees are indicated on maps in this system. Suitable flight conditions such as the flight heights and the image resolutions were revealed in several practises with drones. Aerial images were devided in small parts and used as learning data to build a neural network. Observed trees are classified by the neural network in four states which correspond to felling works. |
