Throughput Fairness Improvement among TCP BBR Connections

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we evaluate the throughput fairness between TCP BBR connections and show that fairness is seriously low in some cases. We then investigate the behaviors of the parameters inside the TCP BBR. This investigation demonstrates that fairness significantly improves by fixing a parameter.
