Abstract(in English) | To deal with further mobile traffic increase, developing solutions for increasing capacity is one of the urgent tasks for 6G. In-Band Full-Duplex (IBFD) has been an attractive solution that can double the capacity in theory. The Dynamic Duplex Cellular (DDC) system has been proposed to adaptively apply IBFD to existing 4G and 5G-based cellular systems by considering self-interference amount, Inter-User Interference (IUI) amount, and required traffic amount. However, there is a problem that applicable user candidates to the IBFD are limited due to the IUI. In this report, we propose an IUI reduction method using Successive Interference Cancellation (SIC) for the DDC system and show the effectiveness of the proposed method by computer simulation. |
