Abstract(in English) | Purification of dialysate is an important requirement in dialysis treatment. In particular, since the powder dissolving device for dialysis equipment is an open system, there is a concern about bacterial contamination in the dialysate preparation process. In this study, we investigated the pollution status in the powder preparation environment, which is an open system process in the dialysate production environment. As a result, most of the collected bacteria were Gram-positive cocci and were considered to be staphylococci from the morphotype and arrangement, suggesting that the contamination in the open system process may be derived from the human body. From the results of this research, it was possible to suggest that the invasion of bacteria from the opening process may be suppressed by performing a cleaner air environment and regular exterior cleaning. |
