Abstract(in English) In this paper, we extended the method which extracts a phase description of weakly coupled limit-cycle oscillators from time-series data observed from a rhythmic system, so that this method can apply to the dynamical systems exhibiting collective oscillations. It is not trivial that the result of estimation is independent of how to observe time-series data, so we apply this method to two networks of FitzHugh-Nagumo elements, each of which exhibits collective oscillations, and confirm that different types of observation (such as mean-field and one excitable and oscillatory element) provide the same result of estimation.
