Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Negawatt trading is expected to suppress peak electrical power consumption and increase the utilization efficiency of power generation facilities. However, the negawatt power is likely to lead to instability in power-supply because consumers' behavior for power-conservation is unpredictable. This unstable negawatt power prevents a power-supply system from maintaining reliable and accommodating demand. In the previous work, we have proposed a method of requesting consumers to save power in order to stabilize the negawatt trading. However, the consumers' behavioral model is defined just within a certain range regardless of temperature and time. Therefore, this paper proposes a new behavioral model of consumers using meteorological data. The numerical experiments demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed model besides the method of requesting power conservation.
