Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In order to achieve effective business improvement, recording and visualization of PC operation logs is used as an objective method for business analysis. In this type of business analysis, it is effective to combine multiple visual representations according to the analysis viewpoints and to delve deeper into the business in a multifaceted manner. However existing techniques that arrange multiple visual representations have difficulty in effective analysis since it is difficult to correspond between elements unless the analyst is aware of the meaning and data structure of each visual representation. This paper proposes a 3D visualization method that can intuitively switch multiple visual representations: a time-series visualization when viewed from the XY plane, and a operation process visualization when viewed from the YZ plane. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, this paper also introduces the detail about implemented prototype tool and results of subjective evaluation experiments. |
