Abstract(in English) | The Polar code proposed by Ar?kan is a code that can achieve a property approaching the Shannon limit under successive cancellation decoding (SCD) by utilizing the phenomenon of communication channel polarization. In addition, as a method to prevent the degradation of the properties of Polar codes when the code length is relatively short, the convolutional Polar code, which introduces the convolutional code structure, has been proposed. In this paper, we propose the use of Neural Network Decoder (NND) to reduce the decoding delay in SCD of the convolutional Polar code. Specifically, we design an NND for decoding embedded Polar codes and evaluate its decoding performance by computer simulation for very short code lengths as an initial study. |
