Abstract(in English) | In order to understand the complex behavior of brains, many works have analyzed connectomes, which are the connection information observed on various scales(microscale, mesoscale and macroscale) ofbrains. In particular, macroscale connectome is useful to investigate high-revel functions of brains. Hence, a new method for analyzing macroscale connectomes is expected to gain new understandings of brains. In this paper, we design a novel analysis method of macroscale connectomes using WSD(Weighted Spectral Distribution), and discuss the possibility of using the proposed method for brain connectome analysis. |
