Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the world of computer music, modification of traditional instruments and development of "new instruments" are part of composition for musical expression. Performances that mainly use the physical movements of performers/dancers as musical expression are also a mainstream form of performance. In this presentation, I would like to explain the sensing technology and mapping strategy used, and discuss the temporal study, the design method of interaction in performance, and the significance and importance of being "live", and discuss the meaning as human communication.
