Implementation of Disaster Information Sharing System in the Small Disaster-robust Zero Energy Vehicle

Abstract(in English) We are developing a Disaster-robust Zero Energy Vehicle (D-ZEV) and D-ZEV mini to support victims in the event of a large-scale urban disaster. The D-ZEV is a medium-sized vehicle equipped with communication equipment, electric power equipment, and rescue equipment. The D-ZEV mini is an electrically assisted bicycle equipped with a wireless LAN access point that has a DTN function. So far, we have proposed a disaster information sharing method in order to realize information sharing by passing communication between D-ZEV minis. However, in order to use the disaster information sharing method in a real environment, it is necessary to realize efficient information sharing for multiple D-ZEV minis within the limited communication time when they pass each other. Therefore, we propose a disaster information sharing method for multithreaded processing using UDP. From the results, it was confirmed that the amount of data that can be shared is 34.0~38.2MB. In addition, the amount of data that can be shared increased by 5.6~9.8 MB compared to the case of using TCP.
