Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In elementary schools, education using ICT teaching materials is required to develop Information and Computer Literacy. Against this background, in cooperation with our city's board of education, we developed and put into practice ICT teaching materials for studying Elapsed time. The aim of this study is to make the children (i.e., students) aware of whether they understand correctly what they have learned by using the ICT teaching materials and to support children who do not understand it. Our experiments indicate that the children were able to understand what they had learned and that hints help the children who did not understand well. Furthermore, based on our experiments, we give some improvement points to make ICT teaching materials more practical.
