| Abstract(in English) | The novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak has seriously affected countries all over the world. From the viewpoint of preventing the infection spreading, it is important to sharing information immediately reflecting the situation changes. In Japan, web sites and social media accounts of central or local governments provide the information related to the infection. In particular, some of prefectural governor accounts on Twitter provide such information. In this paper, we analyze the Twitter posts (tweets) by the accounts of prefectural governors, in terms of the contents of the tweets and the number of reactions for the tweets by the users. |
