[Invited Talk] Trend for Research and Development on Pb-free Sn-perovskite solar cells

Abstract(in English) Certified efficiency of the solar cells consisting of conventional Pb perovskite as the light harvesting layer reached 25.5% which is now going to catch 26.7% of Si single crystal cell. Research items going on currently and in near future include the enhancement of efficiencies for large modules, proving high stability, the improvement of efficiencies for perovskite tandem solar cell, and the efficiency enhancement of Pb-free perovskite solar cells. In this report, recent researches for the solar cells consisting of Tin perovskite as the light harvesting layer are reviewed and approaches for enhancing the efficiencies including our results are discussed.
