Abstract(in English) | When a timing jitter exists at the turn-on/turn-off timing in a power converter such as a DC/DC converter, the high-frequency conducted disturbance measured without considering the jitter effect is reduced compared to the actual one by averaging. Therefore, we evaluated the conducted disturbance considering the jitter effect by applying our noise-source equivalent-circuit model to each noise of the ripple noise and spike noise generating at turn-on/turn-off switching. Then, the prediction error was almost within 3 dB for each noise. As a result, it was found that high-frequency noise measured without considering the jitter effect is reduced by approximately 20 dB lower than the actual noise of the DC/DC converter used in this report. |
