Abstract(in English) The diagnosis of facial nerve palsy consists of some diagnoses. The Yanagihara 40-point method and the ENoG value are used to prognosis, but these diagnoses have problems such as differences in raters and patient burden. Therefore, we focused on surface electromyogram as a less invasive and quantitative evaluation method. The purpose of this paper is to develop an evaluation method and software for facial nerve palsy using surface electromyogram. The ENoG value, which is a diagnostic indicator of prognosis, is estimated from surface electromyogram. As a result, the ENoG value was estimated using two features obtained from the surface electromyogram with R2=0.53 and p < 0.05. In addition, we developed a software to realize the evaluation by the proposed method.
