Abstract(in English) Non-Volatile memory (NVM) is an emerging technology, which has persistency properties similar to SSD and HDD, while providing the low access latency and byte addressability of DRAM memory. However the performance behavior of database operations on the NVM is not well understood yet. We have developed a micirobenchmark to understand the performance of the primitive behavior for a database system on the NVM.
