Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces trends in the application of advanced technologies of data analysis such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, mainly in the field of business analytics, and describes future prospects. In recent years, the data utilization is promoted in various business fields due to the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning in society. On EC (Electronic Commerce) sites, several measures to improve conversion rates such as the purchases rate are studied by utilizing various data such as user browsing history and purchase history. Even in real stores, purchase history information has become possible to be accumulated by using point card and credit card systems, and analysis of these data is not uncommon. Since the usage status of IoT (Internet of Things) products sold to consumers can be collected as data via the Internet, it is expected that it will be possible to link to various measures by analyzing the usage status data. This paper discusses the current status and future prospects of researches on the utilization of advanced data analysis technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence for such business data.
