A Radio Map Construction Based on Deep Generative Models with 3 Dimensional map

Abstract(in English) This paper addresses a spatial extrapolation problem in measurement-based radio map construction. Compared to a spatial interpolation problem, it is challenging to estimate the received signal strength at the point far from the transmitter because shadowing fluctuation is different. To cope with the issue, we propose a novel deep generation model that utilizes a 3-dimensional map as input data to estimate shadowing. We demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms a path loss estimation model through performance evaluation using measurement datasets over $3.5,mathrm{GHz}$.
