Abstract(in English) | We conducted research and development of a large hardware neural network by using oxide semiconductors of In-Ga-Zn-O (IGZO), it is easy to integrate. We used electrical characteristics of IGZO, which is an oxide semiconductor, as synapses, and by changing the state of the device and the state of the measurement, then we evaluated the conditions closest to the deterioration characteristics of the synaptic elements of living organisms over time. |
