| Abstract(in English) | When an unexpected behavior is confirmed on the Web service, the administrator tries to obtain clues to the cause of the unexpected behavior by comparing and analyzing multiple types of debug logs such as servers and browsers. However, analyzing multiple types of debug logs takes time and effort to find out the correspondence by comparing the logs with each other. Therefore, such analysis work becomes a heavy burden for the administrator and spends a lot of time.For this problem, information visualization is cited as an effective method for grasping the outline of debug logs and facilitating analysis work. However, many previous tools use text-based methods, which is inefficient for analyzing multiple types of debug logs.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find an appropriate method for comparing multiple types of debug logs for each cause of unexpected behavior. This presentation takes up an example of unexpected behavior that can occur in Web services, and report the results of examining a method for identifying and visualizing the logs necessary for explaining the situation. |
