Abstract(in English) | In underwater acoustic communication, effects of the Doppler shift is much larger than that of the radio communication in air because of the slow propagation speed. Particularly, the nonuniform Doppler shift can affect the demodulation performance severely, and it is difficult to deal with the degradation. In order to suppress effects on changes in received time of data symbols caused by the nonuniform Doppler shift, an adaptive digital down-conversion was proposed. The adaptive digital down-conversion is a method to adjust a down-sampled time for each data symbol adaptively. In this paper, simulation results which show the improvement of the demodulation performance by the adaptive digital down-conversion are reported. |
