Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The condition of fruits is usually judged by their appearance and texture. Currently, a method often used by farmers is the optical sensor type sugar content meter that measures the sugar content of fruits. A method of diagnosing the condition of fruits from various factors, not limited to the sugar content, is desired. Therefore, The purpose of this paper is to investigate a method of measuring the state of fruits using an electromagnetic field. In this paper, we measured the complex permittivity of persimmons and grapes for different periods and examined the relationship with the state of fruits.
