Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Understanding the actual business operations is highly important to realize effective performance improvement. One of the ways to understand business operations is to visualize the software usage from UI log collected from workers' PC. Although understanding the actual workload by business tasks is important to determine which task to improve from, some software is used in various business operations, therefore, it is impossible to grasp the workload per business tasks just from the software usage. Moreover, collecting UI logs to use as training data is not only time-consuming but also difficult to collect a variety of activities because analyzers do not always know workers’ activities thoroughly. In this paper, we propose a method that classifies UI log to business tasks by utilizing the content written in business operation manuals. We evaluated our method by using real-world data and manuals and reported the results and problems of our proposed method. |
