| 抄録(和) | 本研究は東洋医学の望診における舌診について人工知能の画像認識を活用して，健康状態を自動診断する支援システムの開発を目的とする．舌は直接或いは間接的に多くの臓腑との繋がりを持っており，五つの部位である舌尖部，舌中部，舌辺部（左と右），舌根部はそれぞれ心・肺，胃・脾，肝・胆，腎に対応している．本論文では，与えられた舌の写っている画像に対し，Mask R-CNN 手法を利用して舌を自動認識した上で，舌のみを切抜する．次に，舌を五つの部位に五分割する．さらに，脾と胃に対応する舌中部について画像の自動認識で脾と胃の健康状態を判断する方法を検討する． |
| 抄録(英) | The purpose of this paper is to develop a support system for automatic diagnosis of health condition by utilizing image recognition of artificial intelligence for tongue diagnosis in Chinese medicine. The tongue has a direct or indirect connection with many viscera, and the five parts (tip of tongue, middle tongue, lingual sides of left and right, root of tongue) correspond to the heart/lung, stomach/spleen, liver/bile, and kidney, respectively. In this paper, for a given image of the tongue, Mask R-CNN method is used to automatically recognize the tongue and cut out only the tongue. Next, the tongue is divided into five parts. Finally, experiments are carried out to judge the health condition of the stomach and spleen by using Mask R-CNN method to automatically recognize the middle tongue. |
