Abstract(in English) | Unit commitment problem (UCP) is the problem deciding the up/down pattern and generation level of units.In recent years, due to the spread of distributed power sources and the liberalization of energy, UCP is required to be solved in a distributed manner (DUCP).Once an up/down pattern is determined, the generation level can be calculated by using alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM).However, ADMM does not guarantee its convergence when deciding both up/down pattern and generation level.In this paper, we propose a method to obtain a good solution to DUCP by using ADMM and constraint programming.Numeral experiments show the efficacy of the proposed method. |
