A Method for Computation of Global Isochrones of Oscillators

Abstract(in English) There are periodic phenomena in a range of fields. Circadian rhythm is an example of them in organisms. Phase shift for perturbation is one of important topic in analysis of periodic phenomena. Isochron is used to investigate phase shift of periodic phenomena. We propose a method for computation of global isochrons. In the method, a point the isochron to the point is calculated by using an extrapolation, and the process is repeated until the isochron is obtained globally.
