Abstract(in English) Regeneratively and harmonically mode-locking is a method of extracting a modulation clock from generated pulse, and realizes extremely stable self-pulsing with a high repetition frequency. We are experimentally investigating the application of clock regeneratively mode-locking technology to rational harmonic mode-locking for the purpose of lowering the frequency of the optical modulation stage. The self-excited pulse oscillation which has twice a repetition frequency of the modulation frequency, was realized by using a frequency divider in the extraction stage of the electric clock and setting an appropriate bias in the intensity modulator. This phenomenon is considered due to rational harmonic mode-locking comparing with the repetition frequency by forced mode-locking,
