Abstract(in English) | In this study, we propose a method to search for frequency components of EEG signals that are strongly influenced by a specific psychological state. The proposed method consists of a genetic algorithm (GA) and a linear discrimination analysis (LDA). After measuring EEG signals during psychological experiments, LDA is used to discriminate the psychological states of the EEG from the frequency spectrum of the EEG, and Fitness is calculated based on its discrimination accuracy. An optimal combination of frequency components with the highest fitness is searched.We conducted experiments and the results of the proposed analysis and their validation are reported. |
