Abstract(in English) The "FUBENEKI" means gain to be provided simply because it is inconvenient. I performed the consideration that limited a target system to measures by corporations as a part to build the design methodology of the system which gave FUBENEKI in a customer and a user. In this case I am equivalent to measure planning with the systems architecture. In this report, I analyze the structure of the measure to give FUBENEKI for a customer and a user.
