Monitoring System for supporting disaster recovery work in railway slopes

Abstract(in English) In the disaster recovery work of landslide disasters, strengthening a safety system to prevent secondary disasters for workers is an important issue. In recent years, research and development of systems for monitoring the condition of slopes using wireless sensor networks have been promoted. It is necessary to install sensors after the disaster to detect the secondary disaster, but this installation of sensors is dangerous. Therefore, we improved the easiness of installation using a wireless sensor network system under study and a drone. In this presentation, we will introduce our proposed system for supporting the disaster recovery work, that it will be applied to railways, and describe technical issues and solution policies for the practical application of this system.
