Abstract(in English) In image regularization, a method for restoring an image has been proposed in which a morphological gradient is used as an image prior, and its structuring element (SE) is optimized. In this paper, we propose a morphological gradient-based image regularization method that optimizes the shapes of multiple SEs corresponding to each pixel. By optimizing the SEs for each pixel, the shapes of the SEs suitable for various edges and textures in the image can be selected. Moreover, the image prior suitable for the image structure can be composed using the optimal multiple SEs. Therefore, improvement of accuracy in image restoration can be expected. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by experiments.
