Abstract(in English) | This paper reports fabrication condition and performance of multimode interference sensors as an application of microfibers. We have investigated the preheating time in fabrication process of the sensor. The experimental results show that there is a suitable preheating time for fabricating the sensor. We also confirm the sensor could measure refractive index of the medium around the sensor. |
