Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For the sight of the human vision, a gap may occur at the physical position of the object and the position perceiving it. When I let the light and shade image which changed into a sine wave form vibrate from side to side, in the study group of us, I discovered optical illusion to exaggerate the amplitude of the movement. In this study, I performed an experiment to measure the amplitude to perceive and checked the characteristics and mechanism. As a result, it turned out that it matched a characteristic to be see in human vision.
