Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Easy-to-read comics are designed so that the reader's line of sight is always kept in mind and that they can be guided appropriately. In this study, we used a gaze-tracking device and a difference comic with different pictures and balloons that regulate the guidance, and compared and verified the relationship between the gaze and the guidance determinants when reading comics. From the comparison of the line-of-sight trends in the difference comics, the presence or absence of concentrated lines may be more influenced by the psychological effect than the visual effect, and the factors that change the line-of-sight movement of the reader have priority. The balloons had the highest priority. The influence of the picture may differ depending on the degree of immersion of reader.
