Situation estimation to create good work environment at logistics facility

Abstract(in English) This paper describes situation estimation method to create a good work environment and its perfor-mance evaluation. The proposal method uses Dixon’s outlier test to detect workers whose productivity is low orwhose workload is high. This method shows the workers’ name and their reasons to an operations manager. Onthe basis of 30 staff data, its performance is evaluated. Results show that precision of detecting low productivityworkers is approximately 95%. It is shown that precision of detecting high workload workers is approximately morethan 97%. The proposal method has possibilities of visualizing retention risk of employees.
