Performance of Digital SQUID magnetometer using Multi-Flux Quantum Feedback

Abstract(in English) We designed a digital SQUID with sub-Φ0feedback with the multi-flux generators (MFGs) for SFQ feedback operation. We successfully confirmed the correct digital SQUID operation with a clock frequency of 12 GHz by the analog simulation. This implied much high magnetic field resolution for the digital SQUID with sub-Φ0 feedback for using high-Jc Nb process. Furthermore, considering the practical use of digital SQUID magnetometer, MFGs using flux bias were designed to reduce the number of necessary bias lines, and the correct operation was confirmed by simulation.
