Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Non-Volatile memory (NVM) is an emerging technology, which has persistency properties similar to SSD and HDD, while providing the low access latency and byte addressability of DRAM memory. However the performance behavior of the NVM is not well understood yet. We have developed a micirobenchmark to understand the throughput and the latency of the primitive behavior for NVM.
