Tree-Based Asynchronous Data Transmission with Delay for Healthcare Sensor Networks

Abstract(in English) The ability to obtain health-related information at any time through the use of sensor network technology for healthcare can greatly improve an individual's life. For effective studies on inter-node transmission and processing of healthcare sensor data, this report introduces transmission delay into graph edges and evaluates the execution times of asynchronously operating data transmission with a fixed number of transmission data and level data transmission. For the case of no edge delay, the execution time of fixed data transmission on a complete binary tree with a maximum number of transmission data of 2 is equivalent to or smaller than the execution time of level data transmission, and as the number of nodes increases, fixed data transmission approaches a value 1.5 times faster than level data transmission. However, for transmission delay larger than a certain value, level data transmission is faster than fixed data transmission, and as the number of nodes increases, level data transmission becomes relatively faster than fixed data transmission.
