| Abstract(in English) | The purpose of this study is to examine the possibilities and difficulties of telework through the ethnography of a nanosatellite development project that has emerged from online communities and is primarily driven by telework. The results of this study show that while the production of the project's promotional videos and full-scale satellite models achieved post-modern telework by an unspecified number of people, the actual satellite development work was difficult to do by telework only, and they tried to secure and gather at a specific activity center to proceed with the development. |
