Abstract(in English) "R&D and Human Resource Development Program on Frequency Application Technology for Promoting Radio Utilization" submitted by the Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ATR) was adopted by the SCOPE Radio COE R & D Program. One of the five technical themes is "Research and development of a three-dimensional omnidirectional scanning phased array radar", which develops a three-dimensional phased array antenna and has many applications such as radar and satellite communications.
