| Abstract(in English) | In the Strategic Information and Communications R & D Promotion Programme (SCOPE), the first call for applications for the “Wireless COE R&D Program” was conducted last year with the aim of supporting young wireless researchers and creating new wireless technologies. In this program, joint R&D will be carried out and an open research environment will be established. Further, guidance on research activities by mentors will be provided. The proposal “SCOPE - R & D on technologies for robust / flexible radio resource utilization and new applications, and its support program for training of radio experts” from ATR with Kyoto University was adopted. In this presentation, the outline of the proposal and the status of its efforts will be explained by the adopters. |
