Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The pandemic of COVID-19 has limited the chance of face-to-face education. This not only declines the quality of education but also limits the opportunity of forming a multidisciplinary community in which students from many different backgrounds work together. We propose a new type of community that can be also achieved in an online environment. We call this "Sea-urchin-like organization" because every member of this organization has his/her own goal under the objective of the organization, and it can consequently have many goals like spikes of a sea urchin.
