Abstract(in English) To deal with the rapid increase in the Internet and mobile communication traffic, research and development of Beyond 400G optical communication system and Beyond 6G system for wireless communication have already started. The increase in capacity of these communication systems is largely attributable to the progress of communication systems that support them and the benefits of semiconductor integrated technology, but at the same time, an increase in power consumption has becoe an fundamental issue. In particular, the power consumption of the error correction circuit occupies a large weight, and the technology for reducing the power consumption thereof becomes important. In this paper, we first explain the LDPC code used in high-speed communication, then we discuss the low-power design technology. Finally, we report on the power scaling technology.
