Abstract(in English) | In recent years, energy harvesting, which harvests electric power from energy existing in the environment, has attracted attention as a power supply method for many wireless sensors. However, the voltage obtained by energy harvesting is very small. In this work, we propose a charge pump circuit for very low voltage that can boost from 100mV. The load current range was expanded by connecting in parallel a conventional circuit with improved gate wiring of the transistors in the charge pump. As a result of designing the proposed circuit with a 180 nm CMOS process, the input voltage 100mV was boosted to 375 mV with no load current. The maximum power conversion efficiency was 24.5% when the load current was 23 nA. |
